Cancellation Policy
At Grace and Glow Wellness your time,health and experience are deeply valued. to ensure each client receives the best care and attention, We asked that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes, reschedules or cancellations.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all appointment . This deposit is nonrefundable, but will be applied toward your service total at checkout.
Cancellations and late changes:
If you cancel, reschedule, arrive late, or bring guest/children within 24 hours of your appointment time, a fee equivalent to 100% of the service total will be required before any future bookings can be made.
We kindly ask you to plan accordingly and honor the time reserved specifically for you.
Arrival:
Please arrive on time and alone for your service. Guest and children are not permitted inside the studio to maintain a safe, private, and relaxing environment for all clients
A five minute grace period is extended. after that time, your service may need to be adjusted but full service fees will still apply.
Reminders:
Email and text confirmations are provided as a courtesy however it remains your responsibility to manage your scheduled appointment.

Please email at hello@graceandglowellness.co or log in to your initial booking link at least 48 hours in advance to make changes.
