Grace & Glow Cancellation Policy At Grace & Glow Wellness, your time, health, and experience are deeply valued. To ensure every client receives the highest level of care and attention, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes, reschedules, or cancellations. Deposits A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total at checkout. Cancellations and Rescheduling • Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or more before your appointment will not incur any additional fees. • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. • Clients who are a no call/no show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Payment of this balance will be required before any future appointments can be booked. Arrival Please arrive on time and alone for your appointment. Guests and children are not permitted inside the studio in order to maintain a safe, private, and relaxing environment for all clients. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered to have missed their appointment, and the appointment will be canceled. Your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Appointment Reminders Email and text confirmations are provided as a courtesy. However, it remains your responsibility to remember and manage your scheduled appointment. To Cancel or Reschedule Please email hello@graceandglowellness.co or use the link included in your booking confirmation to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
